Ishida Laboratory

Our group develops computational methods for biological problems, with a particular focus on protein structure prediction, drug discovery, and machine learning applications in biology. We aim to build fast, accurate, and interpretable algorithms that help unravel the complexity of living systems.

Our group belongs to the Department of Computer Science, School of Computing, Institute of Science Tokyo.
